Hey everyone,
As some of you might know, O2 in Germany has been making life very difficult for some of our users by blocking Rebtel access numbers. In practice, this means that our users in Germany have been unable to use our service to make cheap calls to get in touch with their friends and family. We assume that O2 felt the heat from the competition and couldn't take it so they tried "resolving" the problem like this.
Naturally, this is a huge disgrace and to read more about this you can see our blog post on the here
http://blog.rebtelforum.com/2008/08/22/ ... n-germany/Anyways.
In this thread you can blow off some steam and discuss with fellow O2/Rebtel customers on what feedback you got from O2 when speaking to them on this matter, how their decision to block Rebtel affects you as a person and your relationships with your loved ones or you can just write a few lines out of solidarity for you fellow Rebtel users.
We will keep updating our blog (
http://blog.rebtelforum.com/2008/08/22/ ... n-germany/) and this thread continuously to make sure you always have the latest news on the battle between Rebtel and O2.
